Two days in a row, food never arrived. The restaurants phone doesn't ring out so I can't even follow up to find out what is wrong. This is a shame because in the past I would have rated it as one of the best in the area. But non delivery shows how far their standards have fallen.

Don't know what's happened but the quality has went downhill lately. Chips are always crispy reheats. The grease is ridiculous and the flavour of pizzas, curry's ect have vanished.

Food arrived cold the chicken pakora was tough and bread soggy , as I’m only at end of the road from the shop can’t understand why it got delivered cold , have to also say iv ordered for years with no problems but this has actually put me off ordering again £17.40!!!! In the bin .

I ordered a meal £30 worth and put the name of takeaway into Apple Maps takes me 30 minutes away from acc place like maybe think about changing it for future and not waste peoples time money absolute joke of a place especially for people who are not from the area

Allys always delivers a top class service, very nice and kind staff , the best takeaway in central Scotland and the food is superb .

Food was not good chicken was fatty/very chewy. Husband has been ill after this meal. Will definitely not be back. I will highlight this is the first time we have had an issue.

Disgusting.my chips were burnt.my chicken was pink.everything was stone cold.i could nor even pull my cheese garlic nan apart was stuck together.no salad in my order.phoned to complaim..ally is so arrogant on the phone dosnt take complaints well.he sent back out new chips to be the exact same as the first time.will never order again from here
